This cosy home is set just on the outskirts of Chelmsford City Centre, but set back in a quiet and peaceful street.
There is a parking space available as shown in the photos.
As well as free on street parking.
The home is close to the A12 for a direct route into London, and Chelmsford Railway Station is a short taxi ride away.
This home also offers very fast WI-FI. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys The house has a good size living room, with an extremely comfortable sofa.
There is also a desk if work was needed to be done.
The kitchen has everything that would be needed.
Upstairs there is a good size double bedroom, and also a good size bathroom Guests will have access to the entire property My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. I have chosen the award-winning property management company Pass the Keys® to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned.
They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
