It can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a pleasant setting with a large 630 m² garden surrounding the house. You will also enjoy a 30 m² summer lounge on the ground floor, featuring large bay windows and opening onto the garden and the pool. Located in the heart of the historic seaside village of Nieul-sur-Mer, it is the perfect base to explore the region. The master bedroom features a double bed (160x190), ideal for comfortable nights. The two other bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (140x190), offering a pleasant space for all guests. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. The house includes 2 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as two coffee machines (filter coffee maker and Nespresso). You will also find a washing machine and a dryer, perfect for longer stays. An iron and a hairdryer are also available. The property includes WiFi and air conditioning, a real asset during the summer season. Pets are not allowed. Outside, you can enjoy a balcony as well as a large garden, perfect for relaxing or sharing convivial moments. A plancha is also available for your outdoor meals. The house features a private pool, open from June to October, ideal for enjoying sunny days in complete tranquility. Private parking is available with 2 spaces on the enclosed driveway and 1 space in the house garage. A free parking space is also available on the street in front of the house. Located just 8 km from La Rochelle, the house provides quick access to this vibrant city. The Île de Ré bridge is 10 km away, and a small fishing port is accessible within 8 km. Nearby, you can discover Rochefort, Saintes, the Les Minimes marina, Île d’Oléron, the La Rochelle Aquarium, as well as the Maritime Museum. Restaurants and cafés are also easily accessible.
