Cocoonr offers you this charming flat to rent in Saint-Jorioz, in a quiet, family-friendly residence.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room and a garden area designed entirely for relaxing moments.
You'll love its ideal location for lovely walks and access to the village centre and all its amenities. The flat and shower are wheelchair accessible. The accommodation comprises - A bright 22 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A terrace and garden area with furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs) to make the most of the fine weather. - Parking space in the residence car park For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Nearby amenities: The flat is ideally located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz, just a short walk from the village centre (5 minutes) and the lake (approx. 20 minutes) - Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Public transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 from the flat for easy access to the town centre (approx. 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
