The property can accommodate up to 4 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A cosy and bright living area comprising a lounge with a sofa, armchair, television with Netflix access and free Wi-Fi – A fully equipped open-plan kitchen for preparing delicious meals (oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, etc.) – A cosy dining area for sharing your meals – A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer – A second comfortable bedroom with two single beds (80x200) which can be pushed together to form a double bed measuring 160x200 (please request this when booking). Direct access to the terrace – A second separate en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, storage space, heated towel rail and hairdryer – A separate toilet – A washer-dryer available in the kitchen, along with an ironing board and iron Outdoors: – A very large panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor furniture (table and chairs), sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a barbecue – A secure individual storage locker for your skis and boots For even greater comfort, bed linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Nearby activities: The flat is ideally situated for making the most of the resort: – Skiing: quick access to the slopes via the Pré Chabert ski lifts, just 5 minutes away – Transport: a free shuttle bus is available just a 50-metre walk from the residence, making getting around a breeze – Nature: starting points for walking trails and mountain bike routes, accessible when the weather is fine – Leisure: close to the resort’s shops, restaurants and spa centres Transport: If you choose to come by car, there is a reserved parking space available within the residential complex. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Free shuttle bus: located at the foot of the building, taking you to the centre of the resort and the slopes – Nearest railway station: Briançon, about 15 minutes’ drive away – Easy road access via the valley’s main roads – Oulx TGV station, 45 minutes away by shuttle bus (line ZOU 76) running throughout the Serre Chevalier valley as far as Monetier On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
