Located in a quiet setting, it offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay on the Île d’Oléron. This house features: - a comfortable living room, - a cozy dining area, - a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator), - a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, - a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, - a loft with two single beds, - a bathroom with a shower, - a separate toilet, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, - high chair, - TV, Wifi, games and books for children, - radiators, air conditioning, smoke detector, hangers. Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace, a large 680 m² garden, and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors. The property also features a private parking area accessible via a gate and offers a pleasant view of the garden. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in. Le logement est très bien équipé, décoré avec soin. Nous avons apprécié en particulier la générosité de cette maison où tout est mis à disposition pour une arrivée tranquille et un séjour agréable! Merci également à Elie pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Maison située au calme et dans un environnement boisé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage.
La maison est en excellent état, très joliment décorée, très bien équipée et tout était très propre.
Il y également de la place pour stationner dans la parcelle de terrain.
Nous avons passé un court séjour de deux nuits sans aucune fausse note. Merci !
