Located on the -1 floor (with lift), it comprises a 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 24 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area (Mange Debout)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shaded, south-east-facing terrace of 10 m², with access gate to the outside.
The flat is ideally located in Menton, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - The flat overlooks the Biovès gardens - Menton panoramic viewpoint approx. 1.5 km away - Monaco about 9 km away - Walks and hikes in the area Public transport: If you choose to come by car, there is paid parking close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Menton, 500 m away - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur, about 35 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
