Situated on the 4th floor (with lift), this walk-through flat comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room including a sitting area with TV and a dining area - A separate kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area. - A laundry room adjoining the kitchen with a washing machine. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with TV - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside: - A 10m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, from which you can see the sea. - A 1m² balcony to each bedroom Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops (chemist, butcher, grocer, market gardener) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, market, etc. There are a number of lovely trails in the area, including a short hike suitable for children: chemin des crêtes, monte Gozzi. You can also take advantage of the many water sports and leisure activities on offer, as well as the little train and tourist buses that will take you to the town centre, the Fesch Museum and the Scandola Nature Reserve... Nearby beaches: - Aspretto beach (2 km) - St François beach under the Ajaccio citadel (3 km) - Campo dell'oro beach, between sea and mountain views (5 km) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (free parking). Bus: There is a bus stop at the entrance to the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Ajaccio train station 2km away - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 4km away - Ajaccio-Porticcio ferry 3 km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. - The bedrooms face north-east, with roller shutters for sleeping in total darkness. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
