In recent years, the villa has been renovated and modernized to a high standard, ensuring sustainability and comfort go hand in hand. The home features multiple atmospheric living rooms, a spacious dining room, and a characterful eat-in kitchen, ideal for social gatherings with large groups of up to fifteen people.
One of the eye-catchers is the architect-designed backyard, reminiscent of a private resort. Here you will find a swimming pool with waterfalls, luxury terraces, and a spacious garden room complete with a television. The garden is surrounded by lush, colorful planting and offers plenty of privacy. The villa also features a detached garage with a man cave on the upper floor, including a billiard table.
The location in Steenwijk is ideal for nature lovers. Activities such as hiking, cycling, and boating are readily available here.
