Supplies are provided for your convenience: coffee and tea pods, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods. A dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. You’ll have self-check-in access to the apartment. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is laid out as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cutlery - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a closet - A private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer Enjoy an 800 m² shared outdoor area with a year-round hot tub (shared with the other two units) and a terrace with a dining area. A parking space is available at the entrance to the residence. Please note: The hot tub is not heated between 9:15 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to avoid noise disturbances.
