Cocoonr agency offers this charming 210 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 12 people, to rent in Carnac.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room
- A TV room with a large sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
-A shower room with shower and WC
On the first floor:
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180X200) and en-suite shower room
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180X200)
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A separate WC
Second floor
- Two bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200)
- A children's dormitory room with 4 single beds
- A bathroom with bath + WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

- A beautiful 500 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Carnac, within easy reach of the market town, the famous megalithic site and the sea, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by bike.
You'll also be close to all the essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. There is also free parking nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - 10-minute walk to public transport - Nearest train station: Vannes, about 32 km away On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
