Spread across 1,100 sq ft on two storeys, this bright and modern home sleeps up to 7, making it ideal for families, group getaways, or extended work stays.
Enjoy your own private entrance, free street parking, and a space with everything you need for a seamless and comfortable stay in one of Vancouver's most welcoming and well-connected neighbourhoods. • Bright, open-concept main floor seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas • Spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, pullout bed, and smart TV • Dedicated dining area with a full-size table seating up to 4 guests • Fully equipped modern kitchen with a full appliance suite, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook full meals • Comfortable sectional sofa with a pullout bed, accommodating up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms • Two full bathrooms — one with a soaker tub and shower combo on the main floor, and a sleek glass-enclosed stand-up shower on the upper floor • In-suite washer and dryer for added convenience • Portable fans in every bedroom and the living area for year-round comfort • Individual thermostats in each bedroom and the living room for personalized climate control • Generous built-in storage throughout, including a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and a large multi-level closet on the upper floor • Vaulted ceilings and a skylight on the upper level, adding character and natural light • Private entrance with smart lock — flexible, hassle-free self check-in *** The fireplace unit beneath the TV is decorative and non-functional *** Back alley driveway and gated parking area are reserved for owner use; parking is available in the alley directly beside the laneway entrance.
Please ensure not to block the gate, as it is used by the main house for vehicle access.
Free street parking is also available at the front. Guest Access: Guests have complete private access to the entire coach house — all 3 bedrooms, pullout sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area, laundry closet, and the gated outdoor entrance area.
The unit has its own private side entrance through a gate — completely separate from the main property.
Check-in is fully contactless via Yale smart lock (code provided at booking). Other Things to Note: • Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces. • Small-sized pets are welcome upon approval — if you plan to bring a pet, please reach out to us before booking.
A $100 pet fee applies. Distances to Locations: • Fraserview Golf Course — ~6 min drive • Everett Crowley Park — ~7 min drive • Killarney Community Centre & Pool — ~7 min drive • Metrotown (Burnaby) — ~15 min drive • Vancouver International Airport (YVR) — ~18 min drive • Downtown Vancouver — ~25 min drive • Granville Island — ~25 min drive The Neighborhood: Sunset is one of Vancouver's most vibrant and multicultural south-side neighbourhoods, offering a genuine local experience away from the tourist bustle.
