The interiors of La Terrazza nel Borgo are arranged over two levels and offer well‑kept, modern and welcoming spaces.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance, a bright dining room, the living room with a double sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen and a functional bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a small study area with desk, two chairs and books introduces the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms furnished with taste and a second bathroom.
The spaces are well distributed, bright and designed to ensure comfort and practicality, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for any type of stay. Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and TV dining room 1 full bathroom First Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with double bed 1 full bathroom WELCOME COURTESY KIT PROVIDED 3 towels per person (1 shower towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel) bed linen BATHROOM: 1 shower mat for each bathroom 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap KITCHEN: 1 welcome kit with disposable sponge and cloth, garbage bags, dishwasher tab, liquid dish soap, gloves CLEANING: cleaning is carried out at the beginning and end of the stay INTERNET: wifi internet is available free of charge AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING: the house is equipped with air conditioning independent heating ACCESSIBILITY: The house has two entrances: one on the ground floor and the main door on the first floor VIEW: view over the rooftops of the village and Umbrian hills PETS: pets are allowed upon request PRIVACY AND SAFETY: a first aid kit is available
