The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A large, light-filled living area comprising a cosy lounge with a sofa, television and wood-burning stove - A spacious dining room opening onto the garden and the sea - A fully equipped luxury kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Jura coffee machine, hob, microwave, etc.) - A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) offering a view of the swimming pool - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a desk area - A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a built-in wardrobe - A fourth bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its own en-suite shower room - Two additional bathrooms with modern showers Outdoors: - A private heated swimming pool open from early May until late August, perfect for relaxing whilst gazing out at the horizon - A thatched pavilion converted into an outdoor kitchen with an electric griddle, fridge and sink - A large, enclosed private garden with trees - A spacious, sunny terrace equipped with all the furniture you need for al fresco dining For even greater comfort, the villa boasts generous proportions and high-end amenities to ensure a memorable stay.
Linen is provided and your bed will be made up on arrival. Nearby activities: The villa is strategically located for exploring the Vendée coastline: - Beaches: Plage de Tanchet 8 minutes away and Plage du Veillon 10 minutes by car. - Leisure: Aquarium de Vendée within 20 minutes' walk, Zoo des Sables and Casino des Pins around 10 minutes' drive away - Sport: Bourgenay golf course 5 minutes away and Bourgenay harbour 5 km away for water sports activities - Nature: immediate access to cycle paths and hiking trails along the wild coast and forest Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park easily in the villa's private car park.
