Cocoonr offers this charming 105 m² villa for rent, ideally located between the forest and the ocean in Jard-sur-Mer. Nestling in a peaceful setting, this family home boasts a large enclosed garden and private swimming pool, providing a haven of tranquillity in which to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.
Its configuration with a separate bedroom makes it ideal for holidays with family or friends.
It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The accommodation comprises - A cosy living room with sofa and flat-screen TV for evenings of relaxation - A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) - A bright dining room opening onto the garden for convivial meals - A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), built-in wardrobe and view of the pool - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and built-in wardrobe - A third bedroom, separate from the main house, with a double bed (140x190) and its own shower room - A second modern shower room Outside : - A fully enclosed private garden for your peace and quiet - A private swimming pool (open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September) for your bathing moments - A sunny terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals For even greater comfort, the villa provides a cot and high chair for younger travellers.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. Activities nearby: The villa is ideally located for enjoying all the attractions of the resort: - Boisvinet beach: just an 11-minute walk away - Port de Jard-sur-Mer: 1.6 km away, with its lively entertainment and summer night market - Leisure: games room and Jard Attractions park for families in the immediate vicinity - Nature: coastal paths and national forest within walking distance for hiking and cycling. - Amenities: supermarket and town centre shops around 2 km away Transport : If you choose to come by car, there is a secure private car park within the garden. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Les Sables d'Olonne station, about 25 km away (30 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 110 km away (approx. 1 hour 25 minutes' drive) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Non-smoking accommodation - No parties allowed - Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
