The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests. The accommodation comprises - A cosy living room with a large corner sofa for relaxing moments - A spacious, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, electric hob and all kitchen utensils. - A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space - A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), ideal for children - A sleeping area upstairs with a sofa bed (140x190) - A functional bathroom with shower Outside : - A pleasant terrace with a sitting area and dining area for enjoying sunny days. For even more comfort, the house has been carefully decorated, with a warm atmosphere and a private outdoor area ideal for al fresco dining.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. The house is ideally located for doing everything on foot: - Grande Plage: just a 10-minute walk away - Marina: 15 minutes' walk from the house - Leisure: children's playground 500m away - Town centre: quick access to shops, markets and lively restaurants Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne, about 1 km away (12-minute walk) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 100 km away (about 1 hour 15 minutes' drive) On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
