The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests. The accommodation comprises - A beautiful, light-filled living area with views over the garden - A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) - A convivial dining room opening onto the outside - A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and built-in wardrobe - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room and direct view of the swimming pool - A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (two 90x190 beds) - A fourth bedroom on the first floor with queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room and balcony offering a double view of the golf course and swimming pool - An additional shower room with WC Outside: - A private enclosed garden to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood - A private swimming pool protected by a dome (open from 1 May to 30 September) for your bathing moments - A beautiful terrace equipped with a large outdoor kitchen, ideal for your meals and outdoor evenings - Several private parking spaces available directly in front of the house For even greater comfort, the villa boasts open-plan architecture, high-quality leisure facilities and a privileged location within walking distance of the port.
Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival. Location: The villa enjoys a prime location within the Bourgenay estate: - Bourgenay golf course: direct view of the course from the house and balcony - Port de Bourgenay: a 15-minute walk to the restaurants and nautical atmosphere. - Plage du Veillon: just a 5-minute drive away - Hiking trails along the rugged coastline in the immediate vicinity Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicles in the private car park in front of the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare des Sables-d'Olonne, about 15 km away (20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 130 km away (about 1 hour 35 minutes by car) On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure maximum comfort and a pleasant stay. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility
