The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron. Outside: - A 12 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Calais, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Walks: Parc Jean Moulin, banks of the Anille, hiking trails - Nature and leisure: leisure centre (lake, fishing, relaxation) - Discovery: historic centre of Saint-Calais, local heritage - Sport: cycling, jogging, country walks Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Vendôme (accessible by TGV from Paris in around 45 minutes) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
