Cocoonr in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval has this charming 147 m² chalet for hire, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 38 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m², complete with a hot tub. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 38 m² living area with a TV, two sofas, a fireplace (wood included) and a dining area
- Two fully equipped kitchens, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a single pull-out bed (90 x 200) with a pull-out bed (80 x 190), two beds in total
- A shower room (with shower) and toilet
- Utility room
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and toilet)
- Bedroom 3: with a single pull-out bed (90 x 200) and a pull-out bed (80 x 190), two beds in total
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom (with bath and toilet)
- A bathroom (with bath) and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private south-east facing garden, covering 1,800 m² and fully screened by a dense hedge
- A south-east facing terrace of approximately 75 m², with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A hot tub for 7 people available all year round
The house is ideally located in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, in very pleasant, unspoilt surroundings.
Essential shops, restaurants and bars are just 2km from the house in the village of Sixt.
Activities :
- Discover the Cirque du Fer à Cheval nature reserve, around 5 km away
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
- Lac aux Dames approx. 10 km away
- Rouget waterfall, approx. 6 km away
- Geneva, Chamonix or Annecy 66 km away

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cluses station, approx. 28 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva International Airport, about 85 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
