Ideally located in the heart of Île d'Oléron, this property is perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
This 80-square-meter four-bedroom home features a spacious 500-square-meter outdoor area with a terrace and garden, and consists of: - a bright living room with a sofa and an open kitchen, - three bedrooms with two 160x200 cm double beds and two single bunk beds, - a modern, well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - a shower room, - a terrace and a 500 m² garden with a bioclimatic pergola, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, - TV and Wi-Fi, - barbecue, - games for all ages, children’s games, books, and children’s books, - garage, - radiators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, hangers. Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A hotel-quality cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene, such as sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. ##Neighborhood The Cossarde neighborhood in Dolus-d'Oléron is ideally located in the center of the island, allowing you to fully enjoy everything Oléron has to offer.
The house overlooks a courtyard and a charming little square, in a quiet and pleasant setting. You can walk to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron with all its local shops.

Idéalement situer pour rayonner sur l’île . nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
