Located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, it offers a terrace of 12 m2 with barbecue and consists of: - a bright living room with a fireplace and sitting area, - two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), - a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), two separate toilets, and a toilet in the bathroom, - a 12 m² terrace with rooftop views and a barbecue, - a private hammam (in the en-suite bathroom), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, - TV, satellite/cable, stereo system, and Wi-Fi, - air conditioning, - games for all ages, books. Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A hotel-quality cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will receive all essentials for comfort and hygiene, such as sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. ## Neighborhood Located on Rue de la Verrerie, right in the heart of downtown Aix-en-Provence, this apartment places you in the center of one of the most beautiful cities in the South of France.

I was a little leery about staying here since there were no previous reviews but it turned out to be a fantastic stay. Anne who greeted me was great. The apartment is spacious but not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs up to the flat and even more in the flat without handrails....
