Featuring a furnished terrace and a private spa, this accommodation consists of: - a comfortable living room, - a cozy dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - a bedroom with a double bed, - a loft with two single beds, - a bathroom with a shower and toilet, - a jacuzzi/spa, - a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and iron, - TV and Wi-Fi, - children’s games, air conditioning, a smoke detector, and hangers. The property also has parking and offers a pleasant view of the courtyard. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in.
