The accommodation comprises - A living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200). - A shower room with shower and washing machine. - Separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 14 m² balcony facing south-west, with furniture available (garden furniture and plancha). The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very quiet and pleasant area.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a bank, mini-market, supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc. The property is just a few minutes' drive from Ajaccio's most beautiful beaches, as well as all the activities on offer in the surrounding area, including via ferrata. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Ajaccio train station is 15 minutes away by car. - Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport 15 minutes away by car.
