Honeysuckle Cottage is a stone-built terrace cottage arranged over three floors near Buxton, Derbyshire. The property features a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, along with a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, plus a conservatory snug. There are three bedrooms comprising a double, a second-floor double, and a bunk room, served by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Travel cot available. Oil central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and parking in car park over a footbridge from the property. Shop 3.4 miles, pub 3.6 miles, river 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking including in the gardens. Note: this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150GBP. Note: Travel cot and buggy under the bed in the top bedroom. Note: The cottage has very little phone signal and no TV ariel. Note: Due to location, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility needs. Note: Properties water is fed from borehole (regularly tested and safe to drink), with septic tank for waste, please take care with chemicals used.
