Bright studio in a prime location between the beach and marina. Cozy living area with large sliding window and balcony with side sea view. Modern open kitchen with bar and bathroom with bathtub. Centrally located, with the promenade, shops and restaurants within walking distance. A practical and comfortable base for a seaside stay. Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
