Cocoonr agency offers this large, bright and quiet 32 m² studio apartment for rent in Anglet, 700 m from the beach, with shared swimming pool and golf course at the foot of the residence.
It can accommodate up to 2 people and is ideally located in a luxury residence surrounded by nature and close to the ocean. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely bright living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and a large south-east-facing balcony on which you can enjoy your meals.
There is also a swimming pool and a 300 m² garden. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

The accommodation comprises - A large 22 m² living room with TV, armchairs and table, including a king-size bed (180x200) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, hob, etc. - Bathroom with large shower, washbasin and hairdryer - Separate WC Outside area : - A 25 m² outdoor swimming pool (shared and unheated), open from May to October, equipped with sun loungers and parasols - A 6 m² south-east-facing balcony with furniture - A 300 m² shared garden to enjoy on sunny days The studio is ideally located in Anglet, in the Chiberta golf residence, in a very pleasant environment.
