With its whitewashed façade, timber shutters, and warm wooden decking, the villa offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere just a short 25-minute walk from the golden beaches of Sitges. Inside, the ground floor flows seamlessly from open plan living to the pool terrace beyond.
A fireplace adds warmth in cooler months, while sliding glass doors let the sunshine pour in during summer.
The interiors are breezy and comfortable, with five bedrooms spread across two levels, including a versatile garden suite with flexible access.
A bright kitchen sits at the heart of the home, conveniently linked to the shaded outdoor dining space. Outside, the private pool gleams under the Spanish sun, flanked by loungers and Mediterranean planting.

There are restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and Sitges offers a wealth of dining options, from beachside tapas bars to elegant fine dining.
The nearby seafront promenade is perfect for morning jogs or sunset strolls.
The villa’s position also makes it easy to access wider attractions: cultural highlights like the Maricel Museum, the vineyards of Penedès, and Barcelona’s world-famous landmarks are all within a short drive. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates: - €15 per single bed set; - €25 per double bed set; - €10 per towel set; A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability.
Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed.
If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment.

Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs. Please note that air conditioning is available via portable units in the upstairs hallway and garden suite only. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Friday, Saturday or Sunday in peak season.

Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted. Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old. 7 nights in peak season. 3, 4 or 5 nights during other periods. An additional cost of €150/week (after this pro rata) applies to bookings between 01/01/26 - 15/04/26 and 21/10/2026 - 31/12/2026. Please enquire for more information. Not available.
