Cocoonr offers this 80 m² air-conditioned flat in Penta-di-Casinca to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, accessible by a few steps, it comprises a 31 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 4,100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 31 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A landscaped outdoor area with garden furniture and drying rack, ideal for enjoying the fine weather.
Communal areas:
Access to the entire enclosed grounds (electric fence) of 4,000 m² with a river.
The communal laundry room is behind the flat and has a washing machine.
The flat is ideally located in Penta-di-Casinca, in very pleasant surroundings.
The centre of Folelli and all the essential shops are just 400 m away. Activities : Located on the Route d'Orezza, this natural spring is known for its sparkling mineral water.
Visitors can enjoy a refreshing drink and learn more about the historical importance of the water's healing properties. - Folelli beach - 6 minutes by car - Site archéologique d'Aleria - Visitors can explore the remains of an ancient city, including a Roman forum, thermal baths and necropolis. - Monte d'Oro - a mountain in the centre of Corsica with various hiking trails Public transport : A car is essential; you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Casamozza station for Bastia, Calvi or Ajaccio is 12 km away. - Poretta airport is 16 km away - The port of Bastia is 35 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
