It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms.
There is a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140 × 190). - Bedroom 2: double bed (140 × 190). - Shower room. - Separate WC. First floor: - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 × 190). - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160 × 200) and single bed (90 × 190). - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 5,000 m² garden. - A 20m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally situated in Quimper, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (outside parking for a maximum of 4 to 5 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Quimper train station, about 6 km away. - Brest-Guipavas airport about 78 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management) and Erika Sutty (concierge and housekeeping services). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
