The apartment is spread over two floors (each with its own entrance) and is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table and sofa;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.
🡥 UPPER FLOOR (accessible by stairs)
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, and PRIVATE BATHROOM (with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet shower);
- BEDROOM 2 with double sofa bed and desk;
- BEDROOMS 3 with queen-size sofa bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, ceiling fans (in bedrooms 1 and 2), and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The fireplace in the living room is a decorative feature and may NOT be used;
- The accommodation does NOT have air conditioning, washing machine and TV;
- Access to the apartment and the interior spaces involve numerous stairs and steps; therefore, the accommodation is NOT suitable for wheelchair users;
- Please note that the property is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL).

From Perugia Station, you can reach the apartment by taxi; alternatively, you can take a train to Spello and walk for about 20 minutes. From Umbria Airport, we recommend taking a shuttle to Perugia Station and continuing as indicated above. If you're traveling by car, please note that the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Parking is available in the nearby parking lots (Park Free Spello, Parcheggio Poeta), which are about a 10-minute walk away.
