House Eli is a charming Istrian ground-floor house located in an exceptional location in Pomer, near Pula and Medulin, right by the sea. Surrounded by nature and greenery, it is set on a large, spacious private plot that offers complete privacy and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
A special advantage of this house is its direct access to the sea, allowing guests to enjoy swimming and staying by the coast at any time.
The interior of the house is modern and tastefully decorated, designed for a comfortable stay.
The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for an additional person), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for shared meals.
There are two bedrooms available – one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The total capacity of the house is 3+1 persons.
The outdoor area further enhances the experience , guests have access to a covered terrace with seating, an outdoor barbecue, a landscaped garden, and sun loungers for relaxing with a sea view.
The house is in a great location, with a market and restaurants just about 300 meters away, providing easy access to all necessary amenities during your stay.
Guests are also provided with sufficient private parking spaces within the property.
