The accommodation is located in the residential district of Soria, in a strategic position that allows you to quickly reach the center of Pesaro, the Baia Flaminia beach and the main nearby services on foot.

The accommodation is located in a privileged position just 20 minutes walk from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity there are all the historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olverian Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Music Conservatory and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre.
The Doge's Palace and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close. The wonderful beach of Baia Flaminia can be reached in 17 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, clubs and all essential services such as bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. Numerous free parking spaces are also available on the street. Main distances: - Pesaro historic center: 20 minutes on foot; - Baia Flaminia beach: 17 minutes on foot; - Port of Pesaro: 19 minutes on foot. - Trattoria Adriatica: 10 minutes on foot; - La Bottega del Caffè: 12 minutes on foot; - Coal Supermarket: 5 minutes walk. - From Ancona airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the line C bus to Falconara Marittima station, from here the Regional train to Pesaro and then on foot in 18 minutes. - From Pesaro station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 18 minutes (1.3 km). - If you are traveling by car, you can park for free on the street near the property.

Appartamento piccolo, ma praticamente nuovo e incantevole, perfetto per tre persone o coppia con figlio/a, fornito veramente di tutto. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi Baia Flaminia o i primi stabilimenti vicini alla zona del porto. Vicino anche il centro città. Comunicazione con l’host ottima e precisa. Facile anche trovare parcheggio in zona.

Olloggio piccolo ad addato a due persone,servizi necessari abbastanza vicini, abbiamo avuto una completa privacy salvo per l ingresso su strada che potrebbe dar fastidio ma noi no.
