Cocoonr offers this 40 m² flat of 40 m² (430 sq ft), which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent in Uzès.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Shower room and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A shared heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m, open from 10 April to 10 November.

You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Stroll around town: the historic centre of Uzès, cobbled streets, arcades and the Provencal atmosphere around the Place aux Herbes. - Nature & swimming: cool spots around the Pont du Gard or in the Eure Valley - Heritage & views: discover the Duchy of Uzès and climb the Fenestrelle Tower for panoramic views over the rooftops and garrigue. - Outdoor activities: hiking or cycling in the garrigue, or canoeing on the Gardon to enjoy the southern scenery - Local discoveries: Uzès markets, AOC Duché d'Uzès wine tastings, local produce and good local restaurants. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station and airport: Nîmes, about 40 km away Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Bed linen and towels included - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
