The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Egos, the centre of Cala Egons with shops, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the exclusive harbour of Cala D'Or are 1 km away. Ravell is a house built in the traditional Ibiza style with a private pool.
A few steps lead from the garden to the covered terrace.
From here you enter the open-plan living/dining area with a wooden dining table and a cosy, rustic corner with a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen has a breakfast area and access to the utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.
Ravell has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, which share a separate bathroom. From 2024, air conditioning units will be installed in the bedrooms, which have a limited and fixed schedule. The covered terrace overlooks the pool area.
The brick barbecue invites you to enjoy long barbecue evenings.
The rectangular pool offers refreshment on long, hot summer days.
