It sleeps up to 2 people and is less than 2 minutes' walk from the beach. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), the accommodation is as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a dining area and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190). - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you! Outside: - A 5 m² balcony facing South/East with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Nature lovers and walkers can take the famous GR34 coastal path, accessible nearby, which runs along the bay and offers spectacular views over the ocean. - The Tréboul district, just a few minutes away, is particularly popular for its marina, beaches and lively atmosphere.
It's an ideal place to stroll, enjoy the terraces or take part in water sports. - Ile Tristan is a must-see: accessible on foot only during certain low tides (subject to conditions laid down by the town hall) or by boat, it offers a unique blend of unspoilt nature and heritage. - From walks and swimming to water sports and cultural discoveries, the region offers a wide range of activities in an exceptional setting. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - The flat is easily accessible by both car and public transport. - Nearest train station: Quimper, 25 minutes away by car - Nearest airport: Brest, 1 hour 15 minutes away by car. - There are also regular bus routes between Quimper and Douarnenez, including route 53 of the BreizhGo network. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
