Cocoonr offers this charming 21 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Raphaël, less than 200 m from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. The accommodation comprises - A 21 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, a double sofa bed (2* 90x200) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, induction hob, etc. - A sleeping area with a bunk bed - A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A south-facing loggia to make the most of the fine weather, with outdoor furniture. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby (700m), as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Saint-Raphaël is known for its seaside activities (boats, beaches, walking, etc), its beachside restaurants and the town of Fréjus for its nightlife. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Boulouris SNCF train station is 700 m away. - Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station is 3 km away. - Cannes-Mandelieu international airport is 33 km away. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and Emilie Aragon Conciergerie. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
