Cocoonr offers this 66 m² chalet in La Bresse to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 50 m².
The ground floor comprises:
- A 27 m² living room with a sitting area, TV, stove and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
Upstairs, you'll find :
- A double bed (140x190)
- A single bed (90x190)
For even more comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A private, unenclosed 50 m² garden with a 15 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The terrace is accessible from the lounge or dining room. - The 8m² outside storage room can be used to store skis and bicycles. The chalet is ideally located in La Bresse, in a calm and relaxing environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just a 5-minute drive away. Activities : - La Bresse village 5 minutes' drive away - Lake Lispach 12 minutes' drive away - Hiking - Skiing (La Bresse Hohneck resort) - MOUNTAIN BIKING Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly next to the chalet, except in winter (16% gradient). A communal car park is available free of charge. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Kruth, about 20 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Basel-Mulhouse, about 1? hours by car To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Towels and tea towels are not provided, please bring your own. - Bed linen is included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
