Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it is composed as described below, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV and dining area,
and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Outside area:
- A swimming pool (not heated), shared with the
open from June to October.
- A covered south-east-facing terrace (8 m²), with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Anglet, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Quintaou market (Anglet) about 2 km away. - Biarritz exhibition centre approx. 5 km away. - Chambre d'Amour beach approx. 6 km away. - La Grande Plage approx. 6 km away. - Marinella Beach, approx. 7 km away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private overhead car park (one private space). Free parking is available nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bayonne, approximately 7 km away - Nearest airport: Biarritz, about 4 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
