The property has five bedrooms, comprising a double with en-suite bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, WC, and a Juliette balcony with furniture, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a further double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a ground-floor single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The living areas include a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug/office. Oil central heating is provided. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. Entertainment includes a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stoves are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.
