Cocoonr is offering this historic house for rent in Le Conquet, featuring sea views and situated right by the beach.
It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 330 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A large entrance hall leading to : - A 25m² living room (sofa, armchairs) - A fully-equipped kitchen (including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.) opening onto a 30m² dining room. - Separate WC. On the 1ᵉ floor: - Bedroom 1: of 25 m² with a double bed (140x190), - Bedroom 2: 13 m² with two single beds, - Bedroom 3: 25 m² with a king-size bed (180×200) convertible into two single beds, - A shower room with shower and WC - Bathroom with bath On the 2ᵉ floor: - A fitted landing with an ironing area and access to the terrace. For even more comfort, the owners have provided the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine with dryer, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 65 m² terrace with exceptional sea views, facing south-west and north to the sea with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A beautiful 330 m² enclosed garden overlooking the sea. For security reasons, part of the garden is not accessible. The house is ideally located in Le Conquet, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market... Activities : - Portez beach is a 5-minute walk away, - Craoe beach is located at the end of the harbour, just after the footbridge leading to the other side of the harbour.
This shallow, warm beach at the bottom of the aber is perfect for young children, - The Blancs Sablons beach, about a 15-minute walk along a beautiful path or a 10-minute drive. - During the summer months, sea excursions around the islands of the Mer d'Iroise and canoe hire are available from the fishing port, - The Abbey of Saint-Mathieu is a 45-minute walk along a beautiful seaside GR path or a 10-minute drive, - The Château de Kergraodes and its many cultural activities are a 20-minute drive away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage provided, 80 metres from the accommodation (for an additional charge of €16 per day or €112 per week). If you do not wish to use the garage, a parking permit is also available.
This will allow you to park on the quays of the Old Port and in front of the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station and airport: Brest, 25 minutes by car. Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available (wired box). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
