The property is located in a quiet, pleasant area of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, within easy reach of the sea and nature reserves.
The environment is particularly appreciated for its peacefulness, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to all amenities. A 10-minute drive will take you to the marina and the town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, local market and seasonal entertainment.
