Ideally located in the ‘Le Village de la Mer’ residence, this charming, fully renovated house welcomes you for a seaside holiday just a few steps from the beach.
Enjoy a peaceful setting and proximity to shops and the Canal du Midi. On the ground floor: Well-equipped modern kitchen with living area. Spacious veranda. Bedroom with double bed (140 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: Mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). Skylight under the large bed. Air conditioning unit. Outside: Beautiful tree-lined and enclosed terrace, facing south/west. Garden furniture, electric plancha grill. Secure private parking. Comfort & additional facilities: Air conditioning: one unit on the mezzanine. Washing machine - Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster. Filter coffee machine. Vacuum cleaner and clothes horse. Current stay taxes for 2 stars classification Rental from Friday to Friday in July and August. Final cleaning included. One small pet allowed.
