Situated just 50 metres from the sea, this charming 120m² detached house offers you a ‘feet in the water’ experience at Portiragnes Plage.
It is in a quiet area, yet close to the shops, so you can make the most of your holiday.
The plot is fully fenced for added security and peace and quiet. Layout of the house: Ground floor: -A large, bright living room with uninterrupted views. -A n-equipped separate kitchen: combined microwave/oven, dishwasher, 2 combined fridge/freezers, Nespresso, kettle, electric coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. -A children's bedroom with 2 bunker beds, ideal for 4 extra people. -A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and mirror. -A separate WC for added convenience. -Electric shutters First floor: -A large TV lounge with direct access to a terrace/balcony offering stunning sea views. -3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190). -A second shower room with 2 washbasin and mirror. -Separate WC -Electric shutters Outside: -Two beautiful terraces, one with a sea view upstairs, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax listening to the sound of the waves. -Shady garden with garden furniture, 4 deckchairs for relaxing and a barbecue for meals with family or friends.
