Living spaces include a kitchen/diner with TV and a sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating is provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard and roadside parking with two permits provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
