Cocoonr agency offers this charming 130 m² air-conditioned house with jacuzzi in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a TV, a fireplace (wood provided), two sofas and a dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Jacuzzi (sleeps 4) available all year round
- A laundry area
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with three single beds
- A shower room (with shower) and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A south-facing courtyard of around 50 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, in a very pleasant setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Canoeing in Collias, around 40 km away - Discover Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, around 11 km away - Discover Avignon and its festival in July, around 25 km away - Visit Montmajour Abbey, around 16 km away - Pont du Gard, around 30 km away Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the courtyard of the accommodation (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Intercity bus route no. 704 - Nearest SNCF station: Tarascon, about 6 km away - Nearest TGV station: Avignon, approximately 21 km away - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence, 28 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).
