The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Lourmarin for rent; it has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- The main entrance leads directly to a staircase fitted with a handrail and an electric stairlift providing access to the first-floor rooms
On the first floor:
- A 50 m² living area with a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed and a study area, as well as access to the terrace.
- Lounge area with TV
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 20 m² north-facing terrace, furnished and equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
- A 10 m² north-facing balcony offering views of the countryside
For added comfort, the property features a luggage storage area and a well-stocked library available for guests’ use.
The house is ideally situated in Lourmarin, one of the picturesque villages of the Vaucluse officially listed among the ‘Most Beautiful Villages of France’, in very pleasant surroundings.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Visit the historic centre and Lourmarin Castle, 500 metres away - Sample local produce (Luberon wines) - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area - Visit Albert Camus’s grave Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Aix-en-Provence, approximately 38 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, approximately 60 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and France Conciergerie 84 (concierge and housekeeping service). Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - The second floor is fitted with reversible air conditioning. - The staircase on the ground floor is fitted with a stairlift, and the staircase on the second floor is relatively steep, but it is fitted with a handrail to ensure safe ascent and descent.
