The villa is 12 km from Chania, and a mere 180 meters from a sandy beach, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and bars.
It can comfortably accommodate a large family or a sizable group of friends within its expansive 300-square-meter property.

The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a WC and sleeps up to 9 guests.
It provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine.
The property has a wonderful sea view from the top-floor balcony which you can enjoy while drinking your coffee. On the ground level, there is a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 9 persons, one bedroom with King size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a common WC. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
In the garage area, you can find a road-access lock-up garage with one car space and direct entry access to the lower floor of the villa. Important Notice: -Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €80 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
