Ground floor: large and bright living area consisting of a living room (fireplace, smart TV) with access to the veranda, kitchen (oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, espresso coffee machine, toaster, American coffee machine, microwave) with dining area, suite with double bedroom and study with single bed and private bathroom with shower; access to the garden.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower, bedroom with French bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, large and panoramic lounge with fireplace and billiard table.
Lower floor: Spa area equipped with private indoor pool (9 x 7 meters; minimum depth: 1.20 meters; maximum depth: 2 meters; hydromassage corner integrated into the main pool (3 x 2 meters, depth: 0.90 meters); sauna; bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry room with washing machine.
IMPORTANT: the private indoor pool is available from 10:00 to 20:00; heatable on request up to 23° (paying an extra charge and notifying at least 2 days before arrival); pool heating is available only from September to May. The sauna is available from 17:00 to 20:00.
All bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.

We had the best time at this wonderful villa in the Rimini Countryside.
The villa was perfect for our reunion with friends from New Zealand.
