A personal welcome is provided at check-in. A dedicated concierge remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions and assist whenever needed. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests and is composed as follows: Ground floor: A large and very bright living room with direct access to the garden terrace through French doors, three additional windows, and a wood-burning insert fireplace.
The room is furnished with sofas and armchairs for relaxing moments. A spacious dining room connected to the kitchen, opening onto the terrace and barbecue area through French doors.
A baby high chair is available. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware and cutlery. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom located on the ground floor, features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) usually joined together as a king-size bed. A bathroom adjoining the master bedroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, changing table, and electric towel warmer. First floor: Cozy upstairs lounge area featuring a children’s bookshelf, games, reading corner, small coffee table with child-sized stools, a small sofa, and a relaxing space for both kids and adults. Bedroom 2 is a spacious double bedroom facing south-southwest, featuring a double bed (140 x 200 cm), two chairs, a coffee table, a desk, electric heating, and two windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom 3, ideal for children, faces south-southeast and includes two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and one bunk bed. Each bed has its own bedside table, hooks, and chair, along with compartment storage. Bedroom 4, another children’s bedroom facing north-northeast, offers two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a double bunk bed, along with a chest of drawers, bedside tables, plenty of hooks, one east-facing window, one north-facing skylight, and electric heating. An upstairs bathroom with bathtub, changing table, and plenty of hooks serves the three upstairs bedrooms.
Separate toilets are also available. A laundry room with direct outdoor access is available. Outdoor areas: A large 80 m² terrace equipped with two tables, numerous chairs, and several sun loungers. A spacious garden at both the front and back of the house with outdoor lighting on both sides. A clothesline is available in the garden. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles is included. Explore the surroundings: Ideally located by the sea, the property is only a 5-minute walk from Lérat Beach and a tennis court.

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est exactement comme décrit, très propre et idéalement situé. La mer est accessible en quelques minutes à pied, un vrai bonheur. Tout le nécessaire pour bébé était prévu, ce qui nous a énormément facilité la vie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
