Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor.
This light-filled five-bedroom property has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy and practicality. The heart of the house is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors opening onto the garden.
Whether you’re here for work, relocation or leisure, the layout is ideal for cooking together, working remotely or relaxing after a busy day exploring. Sleeping Arrangements • Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – Double bed with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) • Bedroom 2 (first floor) – Single bed • Bedroom 3 (first floor) – Double bed • Bedroom 4 (first floor) – Double bed • Bedroom 5 (second floor) – Double bed with en suite bathroom (bath and shower) Fresh linen, extra pillows, wardrobes and blackout curtains are provided for every stay. Capacity Note The property comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.
For groups larger than 9, the two sofa beds can be used for extra guests at an additional charge of £25 per person per night.
Maximum guest capacity allowed is 13. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need these. Safety & Security For guest safety, there is a front-entrance security camera covering the exterior entrance only.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property. Bathrooms • Ground floor en suite – walk-in shower • First floor family bathroom – bath with overhead shower • Second floor en suite – bath and separate shower • Downstairs WC – additional toilet for convenience Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet rolls are provided. Kitchen & Living The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze: • Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer • Dishwasher, kettle, toaster • Pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware • Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper (please bring your own cooking oil) Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining table with comfortable seating for eight, plus a lounge area with Smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi. There’s also a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on emails. Additional comforts include central heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and fresh towels and linen for every stay. Outdoor Space & Parking Step through the sliding doors and you’ll find a private garden – perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining or letting the kids play.
A seating/dining set is provided on the patio. The driveway offers free on-site parking for one car, and there is free street parking outside (please park considerately and do not block neighbours). Please let us know in advance, as responses may be limited after 10 PM. • Check-out: by 10 AM. • Guest support hours: 9 AM – 10 PM. Guest Verification & Deposit (Required) For everyone’s safety and peace of mind: • ID verification – photo ID and selfie via our secure portal. • Please choose one: – Refundable £300 security deposit (released within 7 days after check-out if no damage), or – A small non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage. Verification must be completed at least 72 hours before check-in. Failure to complete may result in cancellation for security reasons. House Rules (Please Read Carefully) • Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM. • Children welcome (cot not available). • Pets allowed with prior approval. • No smoking inside (designated outdoor area only). • No parties, events or loud music. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • Please lock doors and close windows when leaving. • Lost keys incur a £50 replacement fee. • Breaching house rules or causing disturbances may result in a £250 penalty. ⏱ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via the Guest Portal. £30 per additional hour.
Unauthorised late check-outs may be charged as an extra night. Property Care • Report any issues or damage immediately. • Do not flush wipes or sanitary items. • Do not pour oil or grease down sinks. • Turn off lights, heating and appliances when not in use. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged or reported via the booking platform.
