Located on the first floor of a charming early 20th-century building, this spacious 85 m² apartment is centered around a superb 40 m² living room with an elegant bay window. You'll appreciate the immediate proximity to amenities, as you'll be just 100 meters from the market and the port. To make family outings easier, the apartment has a practical feature: a private storage room on the ground floor for bicycles and strollers. The sleeping area has been designed for everyone's comfort.
The master bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights.
The second bedroom, perfect for children or friends, has two single beds (90x200 cm). Please note that bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee, allowing for a more competitive accommodation rate (you may bring your own or reserve them through the property manager). For your comfort, the accommodation includes a functional shower room and a separate toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, and dishwasher are at your disposal. Coffee lovers can choose between a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine.
For longer stays, a washing machine and iron are also provided.

Positive:
Appartement de grande taille, bien équipé et surtout bien situé : on fait tout à pied (à proximité du port et du marché, à 500 m de la gare Le Pouliguen et du Lidl)
Negative:
Mauvaise insonorisation : on entend beaucoup trop les habitants du logement du dessus courir sauter et parler
